 My First Post!!

The Shattered Balloon

Oh, the pain,

The sadness that shall never wane,

The pop that echoes through my soul,

My heart has an empty hole.

That lifeless piece of rubber,

A resounding scream I utter,

The balloon that was mine,

For all that time.

It is now ripped into pieces,

My pain never ceases,

It will never be the same,

Never will I forget its name.
